Kiddom had built a powerful platform combining curriculum, AI, and teacher-controlled instruction, but the market did not yet have language for what it was. HWF stepped in as interim marketing leadership during a senior leadership transition, held the marketing function together through the gap, and defined a new category: Learning Intelligence Technology. The work spanned competitive positioning, messaging architecture, and a measurement framework that ties marketing performance directly to revenue goals.

Learning List

Learning List spent years building deep expertise in K-12 curriculum review and standards alignment, then turned that expertise into an AI-powered Alignment Tool for education publishers. HWF defined the positioning that reframed the tool from a faster way to do alignment work into infrastructure that helps publishers move with greater speed and credibility in curriculum adoption cycles. The engagement included messaging strategy and a dynamic model for measuring marketing return.

HyverHub

HyverHub is a full-service fulfillment partner: warehousing and shipping finished product for companies across education and healthcare, designing and producing the pre-sale materials those companies use to win business in the first place, and sourcing the promotional merchandise that supports their sales and marketing teams. They also build white-labeled fulfillment engines for franchised operations and support vendor-platform clients through API-driven shipping. HWF works with HyverHub on positioning and go-to-market strategy as they scale across sectors, sharpening how they describe their role to revenue-focused buyers.
